Will a PS3 Hori Fighting Stick 3 arcade stick work in Windows Vista?

I dunno, if your a casual player, you can advance to an excellent player with a Fightpad without the need to master the arcade fs. Attack strings and combos that had us contorting our hands around the Sixaxis proved no problem on the Fighting Stick 3.

In fa3 testing with Virtua Fighter 5, we found the Fighting Stick 3 to be infinitely more comfortable and accurate than the standard Sixaxis controller. The downward arc is an unnatural position for your right hand. For long time fighting game fans, this isn't news. Anyone who can help me with that?
